Graham Hadley - Unlock Strategy

Protecting Your Business From Scams and Phishing
Locksmiths work in security, which makes them high-value targets. Legitimate local locksmith businesses face a steady stream of threats: phishing emails and texts, fake invoices, impersonation calls, rogue lead-generation operations, and scams aimed at the emergency, mobile and card-payment side of the trade. Get fooled once, and it can cost you your accounts, your money and your customers' trust.
This hands-on class covers how today's scammers actually operate and how to stop them, starting with one simple rule: Assume it's a scam until proven otherwise.

Getting Your Business Online - Affordably and Easily

Most locksmiths don't have time to fuss with websites and social media. They're working out of a van, answering calls, and getting the job done. But customers search online first, and when someone types "I need a locksmith," the businesses that show up are the ones that get the call.
This class shows how to build a professional online presence for under $2,000 the first year and a fraction of that the second year, keep it running with very little time or money, and avoid paying for services you don't need. No tech background needed.
